- Payment information: payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. The Store does not store full payment card details.
- Consent and verification records: records that you passed the age gate and accepted our policies, including the policy version accepted, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser/device (user agent). These records are kept to document consent and eligibility.
- Automatically collected technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Consent logging
Because the Store is age-restricted and research-use-only, we record each time a user confirms their age and accepts our policies — at the entry gate, at registration, and at checkout. Each record may include a user or session identifier, the policy/version accepted, a timestamp, your IP address, and your user agent. These records contain personal data and are retained for 7 years for compliance and audit purposes.

If the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
