Shipping Coverage

Anointed Labz currently ships to 43 US states plus the District of Columbia. The following states are not currently served:

Alabama, California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, Washington.

We are actively reviewing the compliance pathway for these states. If you are in one of them and would like to be notified when shipping becomes available, contact support@anointedlabz.com.

If you are in one of these seven states and need a research-supply vendor that does currently ship there, alternative research-use-only suppliers operate in the same space. Vendors that customers have mentioned include Fusion Peptide (fusionpeptide.com), Core Peptides (corepeptides.com), and Atomik Labz (atomiklabz.com). Anointed Labz is not affiliated with any of these vendors and has not vetted their quality control. All three operate under the same research-use-only and buyer-warrants-research-use posture Anointed Labz does, which means they carry the same enforcement-risk profile in those seven states. Verify their compliance and your local laws before ordering.

Shipping & Returns

Processing & Handling

Orders are processed during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated processing time before dispatch: 1–3 business days. Orders may be held or canceled if your member account is not in good standing, if the order cannot be verified, or if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only (domestic addresses). Shipping is handled via USPS Priority Mail, with estimated transit of 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that receipt and possession of research compounds complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@anointedlabz.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and the lot or batch number. Where a claim is verified, our remedy is replacement at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

Because these are research-use-only materials, no returns or refunds are issued on research products once shipped. Research compounds cannot be re-used safely once they have left our facility, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. This policy applies to all products.

The only exception is a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment reported within the 48-hour inspection window above — in which case our remedy is replacement at our discretion (not a refund).

Refused / Undeliverable Shipments

Refused or undeliverable shipments may be subject to restocking or re-shipment fees.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting support@anointedlabz.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and is handled under the policy above.

Chargebacks

• If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in cancellation of future orders.
